These days we have closed our first week of the course ‘Formation for Guidance Counselors’ of the school year 2022- 2023 within the scope of Marist Europe. This is the second of the training courses that we carry out in the MRE and that we started in the month of November.
More specifically, from November 7 to 11, our participants have been able to enjoy and work together on all the points that make up this formation and that help to analyze, advance and learn in a proactive way.
It should be noted that there have been more than 35 hours of shared formation, including dynamics of vocational, academic and competency orientation as the main axes of the formation that has taken place in Valladolid, in the Champagnat Marist Residence.
Not only have we been able to follow the program concerning the dynamics of orientation, but we have also dealt with methodological aspects such as the SAD or aspects that focus on the inclusive school.
Those attending the course came from all our provinces and could count on five educators from the province of Compostela, five from the province of Ibérica and nine from the province of Mediterránea.
The second week of the course will be held in March at our Marist house in El Escorial.
The students have shared learning and good life experiences in common. They emphasize that “the best thing has been the good feelings among all of us”.
There is no doubt that we are different people but with a common objective: to give better guidance through Marist pedagogy.
