With the uncertainty and nerves of not knowing what we would find or who we would be with during the training week, but wanting to collect the maximum information, we find ourselves in Xaudaró a group of secretaries and receptionists from different schools in the different Marist provinces of Spain.
The week started on the right foot, with enthusiasm and expectation. We had moments to share our day to day, understand each other about our work and explain with the concepts worked on in the course how to do things differently or where to improve.
It was a great week, where any time we gathered around the TV, in any room or in the minutes of rest, we would start talking enthusiastically about our work and explain what worried us.
The trainers understood what our role was in our training, how they could help us and how to get the best part out of us to transmit it to our students, classmates and parents in our schools, so our learning would be valued very positively.
Being able to share our work, our time, our work as Marist educators and our formation during these days I think helped us to return to our centers with our batteries charged and with more positivity! No doubt we would all repeat again!
