On July 4th, a meeting was held at the Faculty of Education of the Pontifical University of Salamanca (UPSA) to discuss training for Marist social works in Europe. The meeting was attended by Dean Mrs. Amparo Jiménez, the coordinator of the Institute of Marist Studies (IEM), Mr. Fernando González, and a representative from the European solidarity team and the coordination and monitoring team of the mission in MRE.
During the meeting, the creation of a university microcredential to address the needs identified in the daily operations of the Marist Mission in our Social Works was discussed. The development of this microdegree is being carried out with the utmost care, aiming to provide the greatest possible support to our body of educators in Social Works.
The team will continue working on the necessary research and training for the successful implementation of this project.
