First of all, I would like to thank the Spanish Marist Conference and, above all, the Management Team of my school for the opportunity they have given me to live this great experience.
Although at first the proposal to attend the course puzzled me because I considered that it was a training aimed at people with fewer years of experience, the experience has been wonderful. The truth is that it has helped me to recover the Illusion for my work, which after so many years always comes in handy Re-get excited.
On the other hand, it has helped me to realize that both the people of the school and the Marists value the work that we do the people who are part of the PAS. Now I feel more loved and integrated into the Marist family to which we all belong and I will try to transmit it to all my colleagues when I return to the center.
During the five days that the course has lasted I have received a lot of information and, most importantly, I have been able to share experiences and also concerns and difficulties. A climate of trust and understanding has been created among the classmates of the course, which I am sure will be of help for the future.
I take many things from this training, knowledge and good practices commented by them that I liked them and that I will try to put into practice. But above all, I bring myself a lot of good times and new friendships that I will try to maintain despite the distance.
This experience has also helped me to realize the good functioning and organization of my center and the great team that my PAS girls and I form.
Thanks to the Brothers and especially to Angel for having given us so much in such a short time.
